Elinar solution has been awarded in the Global Awards for Excellence in Case Management for innovative implementation of adaptive case management by The Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC). Previously the solution was nominated as a finalist with nine other companies out of multiple pre-candidates. There were eight solutions that were awarded as winners.
At the final stage Elinar solution earned among the judges’ highest ratings worldwide of all entries.
These prestigious awards recognize user organizations worldwide that have demonstrably excelled in implementing innovative solutions. It’s sponsored by WfMC and supported by BPM.com and Future Strategies Inc.
The winning adaptive case management solution was delivered for a genetic knowledge company Blueprint Genetics that provides comprehensive genetic testing services. It’s based in San Francisco, Helsinki and Dubai.
The solution
The case management solution includes comprehensive workflow management system that structures geneticists’ work process. In enables on average 14-day turnaround time (instead of two months) and three-fold increase in overall processing speed and capacity.
Confidential medical data needs robust security and this was provided as well. The vast majority of the functionality implemented uses standard features that come with IBM Case Manager out of the box.
