At Elinar, we have been actively following the changes of the coronavirus situation. Because of the health of our employees, customers and all the people around us, our company has introduced the following guidelines:

We…

  • prefer telecommuting.
  • cancel trips abroad.
  • keep meetings remotely.
  • minimize domestic travel.
  • do not attend seminars and events that require presence.
  • will postpone all meetings that require the presence or arrange them remotely.

Our customer service, maintenance, and other operations continue as normal. Elinarians are used to working efficiently regardless of time and position, and as an organization, we are also prepared for possible illnesses or absences.

If we have to change the time of agreed appointments, we contact those affected directly. Palvelu pelaa, työntekijät etätöissä – Elinarin toimenpiteet koronaviruspandemian aikana

Olemme Elinarilla seuranneet aktiivisesti koronavirustilanteen kehittymistä. Koska työntekijöidemme, asiakkaidemme ja kaikkien kanssaeläjiemme terveys on etusijalla, yrityksessämme on otettu käyttöön mm. seuraavia toimenpiteitä:

  • Suosimme etätöitä.
  • Perumme ulkomaanmatkat.
  • Pidämme kokoukset etäyhteyksillä.
  • Minimoimme kotimaan matkustamisen.
  • Emme osallistu toistaiseksi seminaareihin ja tapahtumiin paikan päällä.
  • Siirrämme läsnäoloa vaativat tapaamiset myöhemmäksi tai pidämme ne etänä.

Asiakaspalvelumme, ylläpito ja muu toimintamme jatkuu normaalisti. Elinarilaiset ovat tottuneet työskentelemään ajasta ja paikasta riippumatta tehokkaasti, ja olemme organisaationa varautuneet myös mahdollisiin sairastapauksiin tai poissaoloihin.

Sovittujen tapaamisten siirtyessä otamme yhteyttä suoraan heihin, joita muutokset koskettavat.
