The main thing is that you are active, you recognize customer needs and you have efficiency in winning deals. Elinar’s history goes back for 25-years and our business is well established in the Nordic countries. We offer you an exciting and challenging role and a possibility to work with the latest technologies with an AI-focused content specialist. This role in our sales team is a full-time job and it’s can be done wherever you live. We just require travel readiness mainly in the Helsinki area (not daily). 

As an Account Manager, you will help our existing customers to turn their data into business value with our AI-assisted content management solutions. You will ensure our growth within existing customers. In this position, you will work closely with our clients to ensure the team is exceeding their expectations and performance goals. We focus on large companies and the public sector – it’s good if you know at least one of these target groups’ purchasing processes. We appreciate it if you have the experience of managing and building client relationships. Fluent written and spoken Finnish skill is a must, and we appreciate good English language skills – other languages are benefit, too. (Knowledge of IBM products is a big plus but not necessarily beforehand.)
